Day 2: Tracking Drums and Bass

Today is the second day of tracking, and we're right on schedule. Steve brought a colorful bunch of snare drums and keyboards for us to use.

Day 0: Hello Robert Lang Studios

We made it! After two days of driving, we arrived at the studio around midnight a day ahead of schedule giving us a whole day to settle in and relax. We spent the last couple weeks putting the final touches on all the songs in marathon pre-production sessions, so we are exhausted.

The studio is amazing. It's the product of the famed Robert Lang, whom we're told dug up these gigantic holes himself and built a studio out of lots and lots of stone. To get between places, you have to go through windy hallways and random, irregular steps. Despite the rumor that it's haunted (by a friendly ghost), the vibe here is very homey and relaxing. We're loving it.
